Are you a member of the District 73 District Executive Team? This includes Area Directors, Division Directors, the District Leadership team and the extended leadership team.

The District Executive Committee (DEC) Meeting will be held on Saturday 7 April 2018 from 2‐5pm at the Nurses Memorial ‐ 431 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne (Enter via Slater Street).
This is an important meeting where progress towards District goals will be discussed. An agenda, a copy of the previous DEC Meeting Minutes of 9 September 2017 and a copy of the motions on notice will be sent out to you shortly. The DEC is to prepare for the District Council Meeting to be held at the District 73 Annual Convention in Hobart on

Attendance at this meeting is optional for non-voting members of the District Executive Team (ie. The extended Public Relations team and Coordinators), though you are more than welcome to attend. For voting members (ie. District Leadership team, Division Directors and Area Directors), it would be fantastic if you could attend this meeting if possible.

There are three action items to consider in preparation for this meeting:

Part 1. Attendance:

Part 2. Reports:

Please submit your reports for your respective roles as a Word Document,
by Saturday 24 March 2018 to Rebecca Arnold, Administration Manager Your reports will be tabled in the DEC booklet which will distributed electronically the following week after the closing date for the reports. It is important to ensure that this deadline is met to enable your report to be included in this booklet.

a. Division & Area Directors ‐ I have attached a sample Area Director and Division Director Report (half to one page) that you may use as a template.

b. Extended Team (ie. PR team and co‐ordinators) ‐ Please submit a half page report on your respective role.

c. District Leadership Team ‐ Please submit a 1‐2 page report on your respective role.
