I am someone who’d love to keep talking till the end of time. Anyone relates to this? (Please say yes.)

Additionally, it’s not easy to write a speech that fits the 5-7 minutes range or any time range.

Apart from my love for talking non-stop, I sometimes go overtime also because I did not prepare my speech on time. As a result, I could practice enough to know if it needed editing and I kept talking for 8 or 9 minutes.

To reign in people like myself speakers are allotted time.

Finishing in time goes on to show that you respect you audience, their time, those who gave you the opportunity and maintain your credibility.
